Dehumidifiers pull moisture from the air and return warm, dry air. The process is assisted by high velocity air movers to evaporate moisture. | | 4. | Monitor Drying ProcessBMS Technologies technicians will regularly monitor the drying of structure and contents with various moisture meters for wood, concrete, floors and walls. Temperature and humidity measurements are taken throughout the drying process. | | 5. | Relay / Replace FlooringCarpets and flooring can be relayed or replaced once the structure is clean and dry. |

 | 1. | After assessing the damage, your BMS Technologies representative will prepare a Scope of Work, including the cost estimate. Once the Scope is approved by you and your insurance company BMS Technologies will begin the work. | | 2. | BMS Technologies will work with your insurance agent / adjuster throughout the restoration project. | | 3. | When the work is completed, you and your BMS Technologies representative will conduct a final walk-through to confirm that all work has been completed to your satisfaction. |
